The site's videos, directories, blueprints, prompts, demonstrations, and downloads are educational information. They are not legal, financial, tax, security, or investment advice. You are responsible for testing any workflow and deciding whether it is suitable for your circumstances.
No income or performance guarantee
AI tools and business results vary. We do not promise income, savings, customers, rankings, uptime, accuracy, or any particular outcome. Examples and demonstrations show possible uses, not guaranteed results.
Free Agent Kit
The Forge Agent Kit is provided for your personal or internal business use. You may adapt its worksheets and prompts for your own work, but you may not resell, republish, or redistribute the kit as a competing product.
Agent Sprint service terms
Application and acceptance. Submitting an Agent Sprint application is only a request to discuss a possible project. It is not a purchase or service contract. Before payment, both sides must accept a written scope that identifies the workflow, deliverables, kickoff date, client responsibilities, and scope reference. By checking the acceptance box on the private payment page and completing Stripe checkout, the purchaser confirms that they are authorized to buy the service and accepts the written scope and these Agent Sprint service terms.
Price and payment. The Founding Agent Sprint service fee is CA$500 CAD, paid once through Stripe. It is not a subscription. Optional software, API, or other third-party costs are not included. Mike will not incur those costs for the client without the client's written approval. The client should not pay if Stripe shows a different service price or currency and should instead contact Mike.
Start and delivery. Work begins on the agreed kickoff date after payment is confirmed and the client has supplied the completed intake, decisions, information, and access required by the written scope. Mike will deliver the agreed Sprint items within seven calendar days of that kickoff date. If required client input or access is late, the delivery clock pauses until it is received. Any other revised delivery date must be agreed in writing.
Scope and client responsibilities. The Sprint covers one workflow and only the deliverables in the accepted written scope. The client is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information, accounts, permissions, and content they provide, for reviewing test output, and for maintaining human approval over consequential actions. New features, additional workflows, ongoing management, and material scope changes require a separate written agreement; there is no obligation to buy them.
Cancellation and refunds. The client may cancel by emailing mikeaiforge@gmail.com. If cancellation is received before work begins, Mike will refund the full CA$500 CAD Agent Sprint service fee. After work begins, Mike will refund the unearned portion of the service fee based on the accepted scope and work completed, less only client-approved third-party costs that cannot be recovered. Mike will provide a written summary of that calculation. If Mike cancels or cannot deliver an agreed item, the client receives a refund for the undelivered portion. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank and card processing times can vary. Nothing here limits cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
Revision, handoff, and support. The fee includes one reasonable revision that stays within the accepted scope. The client should request it during the seven-calendar-day email support period that begins when the deliverables are handed off. That support covers setup questions and fixes needed to make the agreed deliverables match the written scope; it does not include new features, new integrations, or ongoing operation. If a reported material scope mismatch cannot be corrected through the included revision, Mike will refund the affected undelivered portion.
Deliverable use. After full payment, the client may use and modify the custom Sprint deliverables for their own personal or business operations. Mike retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, general know-how, and reusable components. Third-party tools and materials remain subject to their own licences and terms. Mike will not publish the client's confidential inputs or identify the client in a case study without permission.
Never send passwords, one-time codes, card details, or production API keys through a public form. Access needed for an approved Sprint should use the least-privileged method agreed during kickoff and should be revoked when it is no longer required.
Third-party services and links
The site links to third-party tools, communities, videos, and services. Their pricing, availability, security, and terms can change. A listing does not mean Mike has tested or endorsed every feature. Verify costs and requirements directly with the provider before buying or connecting an account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, interfere with other visitors, scrape personal information, or use the resources to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may update, correct, suspend, or remove site content and offers. We aim to keep information useful, but we cannot promise the site will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Forge Arsenal and Mike's AI Forge are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, third-party services, or downloaded resources.
