The sprint begins on the agreed kickoff date after payment, the written scope, and the required intake and access are complete. The seven-day delivery clock pauses if required client input or access is delayed. This is not an unlimited automation project and does not include autonomous financial, legal, medical, or irreversible account actions.

Clear commercial terms

Know what happens before you pay.

The written scope confirms the workflow, deliverables, kickoff date, and CA$500 CAD one-time price. You can review and decline it before any payment is requested.

Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancel before work begins for a full refund of the Agent Sprint service fee.
  • After work begins, any refund covers the unearned portion of the service fee, with a written summary of completed work and any client-approved, non-refundable third-party cost.
  • If Mike cannot deliver an agreed item, its undelivered portion is refunded. Your non-waivable consumer rights still apply.

Handoff and support

  • The agreed deliverables are handed off by the end of the seven-day sprint unless both sides approve a revised date.
  • One reasonable, in-scope revision is included.
  • Email support for setup questions and in-scope fixes runs for seven calendar days after handoff.
