Privacy Policy

Effective July 24, 2026

This policy explains what information The Forge Arsenal and Mike's AI Forge collect, why it is used, and how to request access or deletion.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit, such as your email address, name, workflow description, timeline, project-budget selection, accepted scope reference, onboarding responses, and support requests. We may also collect the page and campaign parameters that brought you to the site, including UTM source, medium, campaign, and content values.

How we use it

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes Agent Sprint payments. Stripe collects payment-card details directly; The Forge Arsenal does not receive or store your full card number. We may receive transaction details such as payment status, amount, currency, customer contact information, and a transaction or checkout reference so we can match payment to the written scope and administer support or refunds.

Website hosting, secure service records, and form processing may be provided by Netlify. Newsletter delivery may be provided by Beehiiv, and transactional service notifications may be provided by Resend. If analytics are enabled, measurement may be provided by services such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the site, deliver a requested resource, respond to you, comply with law, or protect the service.

Retention

Lead and application information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and service records.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. To request access, correction, or deletion, email mikeaiforge@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request before acting.

Security

No internet service is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, API keys, or sensitive regulated information through the public forms.

Updates

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision.
